About the event
This is an Educational Cooking Class where we combine education on healthy living coupled with a cooking demonstration.Â
This is the first of a 3-class series where we teach you how to gradually reduce your nutrition for detox purposes, from whole foods plant-based utilizing legumes and grains, to vegan keto, to juicing, followed by a raw vegan regimen for quality replenishment.Â
This series compliments our REJUVENATE 3-Week Detox Program where we go in-depth into the detox nutrition as one of the main pillars of our pranic Ayurveda-based cleanse. Â
We will discuss the benefits of Plant-Based Proteins and make Green Mung Dahl.
We will discuss the benefits of Whole Grains and make Turmeric Brown Rice using the healthiest kind out there. Â
We will also cover the benefits of Vegetables and make Roasted Veggies.
