Join us for an afternoon of restoration, nourishment, and practical wisdom for gut health.
A gentle reset for body and mind: begin with a deeply restorative yoga practice to unwind and recharge, then move into practical gut restoration guidance to support digestion and overall wellbeing. We’ll close with a live salad demo—simple, nourishing recipes you can easily bring into your everyday life for a healthier, more balanced gut.
What to expect:
• Pause the “hamster wheel” of life and exhale into a deeply relaxing, restorative yoga practice
• Learn the do’s and don’ts for a healthy, efficient gut - every step of the way along the GI tract - Based on modern-day concepts and ancient Ayurvedic principles.
• Discover how to make a delicious GI-restorative salad (or make it alongside us - ingredients list provided in advance!)
