Vipassana meditation is truly a divine gift to humanity. Given to people by Buddha, it is a non-denominational, non-religious practice of JUST OBSERVING YOUR SENSATIONS. This practice helps with being in control of your mind and emotions, gaining balance, resolving physical ailments and mental challenges, seeing the objective reality, accepting things AS THEY ARE, improving relationships, coming out of the matrix of illusions, advancing on the path of personal growth, attaining enlightenment. 

You can join online or in-person (Des Plaines - NW suburbs of Chicago, IL).

Organic vegan meal is provided. 

The event is free but donations are welcome and highly appreciated.
