What's Included in this Consultation package: 1. Fill out questionnaire and sign a waiver (30 min) 2. Comprehensive Consultation (60 min) 3. Report of Findings 4. Plan of Healing (via email or DropBox) 5. Post-Consult Call to Discuss the Plan of Healing (15 min) During the initial consultation, we explore your health history and assess your current health condition. In the few days following the initial consultation we establish your individual energy constitution, identify the current state of imbalance and its causative factors, develop a Plan of Healing with a set of initial recommendations individual for you. The initial recommendations include daily schedule changes, wellness/healing routines, mindset modifications, herbal supplementation needed, nutritional adjustments, and supporting materials. The recommended oils, herbal formulations, and any other healing products need to be purchased separately. Individual herbal formulations will be supplied by our natural apothecary. For some products, we will provide you with the best source to obtain them from. Consultations are done on Zoom. Once you book your appointment, you will receive the link to your online session. At the beginning of your session, you will need to fill out a questionnaire and sign a waiver. Upon receiving your Plan of Healing, you will need to review it thoroughly. We will follow-up with a post-consult 15-minute phone or Zoom call to answer questions and clarify the plan of action. Follow-up consultations may be required following the Consultation to track your progress and make modifications to the Plan of Healing.
