What's Included in this Consultation (60 min): 1. Ayurvedic evaluation of the current health condition 2. Recommendations (on-the-spot) 3. Q&A We answer your questions and provide recommendations specific for your condition and based on your objectives. During the consultation, we: - Listen to your concerns - Ask clarifying questions - Perform a quick assessment of your current state of health and what conditions it may lead to - Assess your current imbalance and its causative factors - Provide on-the-spot Recommendations to remedy the concerns The recommendations may include daily schedule changes, wellness/healing routines, mindset modifications, herbal supplementation needed, nutritional adjustments, and the supporting materials. Be prepared to take notes. The recommended oils, herbal formulations, and any other healing products are purchased separately. Individual herbal formulations are supplied by our “farmacy”. For some products, we provide you with the best source to obtain them from. Consultations are done on Zoom. Once you book your appointment, you will receive the link to your online session. At the beginning of your session, you will need to fill out a short questionnaire and sign a waiver. Follow-up consultations may be required following the Consultation to track your progress and make modifications to the recommendations, if needed.
