5 Levels of Consciousness

Inner and outer, intrinsic and extrinsic, how do they corelate, how does the consciousness transpire through these plains?

To bring forth life in the form we know it the universal consciousness unfolds in stages, creating realms where it weaves energies into fabric of existence layer by layer until the final form appears. It manifests through 5 such layers culminating in separated form of life, comprising a living entity.

The innermost spiritual sheath, unburdened by either gross or subtle physical nature, pure, omni-present, ever existing, beyond time and distance. It is fundamental principle for all of the creation, yet unbound by it, standing apart, observing sequential evolution of its materializing diversity. This sheath is called Anandamaya kosha in Sanskrit – the spiritual realm, the field of unmanifest divine totality, the everlasting ocean of bliss beyond imaginable.

The sheath emerging out of inspiration of the spiritual realm is the mind, namely its…

PRANA

Divine origin is not abstract; it is the initiating force that designs existence itself. Before any physical form appears, the Life itself has been being conceived in Love by our divine Father and Mother in a subtle blueprint: a field where realms are created, souls are invited to enter and given the opportunity to evolve through independent experience.

This creative impulse begins with divine inspiration - the original seed that unfolds into cosmic consciousness and gives rise to the whole existence. That seed is

Prana: the living force that holds both the full potential and the precise blueprint for creation. From Prana everything evolves - from the most subtle layers of consciousness to the densest material forms.

At its highest expression, Prana - the great life force differentiates into three primary currents of consciousness – the positive channel of energy, that precede and shape physical reality and 5 universal elements…

Two types of metabolism

Metabolism isn’t just about burning calories; it’s the body’s entire life-support system. At its core, it runs on four essential functions: absorbing nutrients, clearing out waste, converting energy, and repairing tissues. But here’s the real question: how does the body keep all of this in balance when it’s NOT getting its usual supply of food? Today, we’re diving into how metabolism adapts, sustains itself, and stays in equilibrium, even in the absence of regular nutrition.

What most people recognize and live by as metabolism is built around constant intake: three daily meals, supplements, and essential compounds. This dominant model can be called “hot energy synthesis”: a “matter to energy” system of conversion.

It’s a dense, consumption-driven mode of operation. The body breaks down physical substances using potent digestive acids and enzymes, extracting energy at a cost, producing significant waste and toxins in the process. That waste then creates even more demand…

Origin of Life

The dominant belief for centuries, even millennia, has been that life originates in the physical body, that our energy comes from it, and that we must fuel it through increasingly dense, nutrient-heavy consumption. We’ve built entire systems around extracting and replenishing that physical energy.

But there’s a deeper assumption hiding underneath that, which only few truly question: Is the body itself the source of life?

What if that’s backward?

A modern alternative view, or traditional in ancient times, suggests that life does not begin in the body at all, but in something beyond it, what many would call the spiritual realm and cosmic intelligence. From this perspective, the body isn’t the generator of energy, but a receiver or vessel for it. If that’s the case, then everything changes: the way we think about vitality, nourishment, and even existence itself.

The real question, then, isn’t how the body creates energy, but…
