We’ll close with a live salad demo—simple, nourishing recipes you can easily bring into your everyday life for a healthier, more balanced gut.

Greens (spring mix, arugula, spinach, etc.) - enough for a small bowl
1 bunch Cilantro
1/2 cup Edamame or green peas (fresh or frozen)
Sprouts or microgreens (optional)
1 Avocado
Garlic, 1 clove (optional)
1 Zucchini
1 Lemon
1 Carrot
Red Cabbage (optional)
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds or Cashews
